Does Lung Cleanse Work?

Nowadays, many products are available online that guarantee eliminating toxins from the lungs, but none support scientific proof. Lungs are vital organs of the body, and they have a self-cleaning mechanism. They have the power to repair some damage, but there is no solution for few health conditions.

Our lungs work well unless exposed to pollution or intake of microbes and pathogens, due to which one may feel congested. These unwanted pollutants block the airways and cause uncomfortable symptoms. One may feel the chest is inflamed or congested due to the blocking or damage.

In this post, we have listed some methods that can help improve lung capacity, open up airway blockage (if any), reduce inflammation, and decrease the risk of chronic health conditions.
