  • Take eyecups and fill them with Triphala water.
  • Now dip your eyes into these eyecups, and make sure to blink a few times. Keep doing this activity for a minute or so.
  • Once done with the procedure, avoid rinsing your eyes. Just clean the exterior part of the eyes.
